In 2020, the Olympic hold in Japan. One of my friends thought something new begin toward a clear-cut goal by 2020. There are 7 years. So it is enough to achieve something new. I thought it's a good idea and wanted to accomplish something. I'd better find out the things and do it for 7years. What do I want?

Halulla and Messer, good afternoon. I am sorry not to reply for your comment long time.

In the presentation for inviting Olympic games, Prime Minister Abe declared "Fukushima" is under control. ". I was so suspicious when I heard it. Unprecedented awfully terrible nuclear disaster seems helpless sometimes.

However, I hope we can solve the great problem using all of specialists knowedge and all of workers at the N-plant. Closing and abolishing the plant totally safely is the duty of our human beings' responsibilities I believe. Within 7 years, I really hope nuclear problem will decrease.

Sports meetings always encourage and inspire us a lot. I hope everyone in Japan will be happy through the nice event and can have nice improvement and recovery from the mega-earthquake aftermath.

I definitely agree with the idea that was raised by Haluyra san.

Seven years will be long enough to learn something new and achieve the new skill or knowledge.
It would be short, especially for senior person like me, if nothing is done during the days and the time is wasted.

There may be another bigger disasters during the seven years, there may be no improvement of the Fukushima accident, towns which were destroyed by Tsunami, bad economical situation and so on, it is another story. Even if Japan can not over come the problems in seven years, we can do something new and the Olmpic year will be a good target nad mile stone for our dream.

We can start improving our selves regardless the natural/social environment.
And, honestly saying, I am now going to start thinking what I can do in the seven years :-)

Hi Mituhiko,

You are right. I read an article, A Never-Ending Disaster at Fukushima, this morning.

http://abcnews.go.com/International/japans-nuclear-migraine-ending-disaster-fukushima/story?id=20226885

We confront another aspects when think of Olympic 2020. All Japanese should keep an eye on the issues. However, sorry to say, I suspect that we have a miraculous resolution method. We have?? The news prompt fears of the disaster, but Japanese mass media seems avoiding to touch this issues. So, I'll keep an eye on it and think of the victims.

Hello all,
Japanese people soon get excited and as soon cool down.
I think it's difficult to keep present passion until 2020.
Does Abe's cabinet continue for 7 years from now ?
Is Japanese business picking up ?
Is the nuclear power plant accident brought to an end until 2020 ?

We have to solve these problems faithfully and hope to success.

Hi there,

Thank you so much for your comments and thinking around the beginning something new.

I think I understand its difficulty that you find it out, and then make it up in your mind, or accomplish. All ways are trying. However, it will be worth to try! I hope all of you can try and seek toward the goal of something.

I read some blogs written by English learner, it said many learners want to help the Olympic 2020 as translator or guide. So, most of theirs targets are improvement of English and getting the licentiate. They kicked off themselves toward their goals, such as Eiken or TOEIC and so on... I think it is one of the best examples for the language learners.

For me, I'm still seeking my aim, but I thank you so much that it gave me a chance to thinking my future.
My dear friends, please enjoy dreaming your future!

Hi, Jun:

No, I am not good at swimming ! I just go out to my sports club called "Renaissance" about 3 times a week, and just swim around the way I like for the fun of it.

I was just joking or kidding the members of this club by what I had said above. Ha, ha.......me and Olympic champion ? That will be the day. Mamma mia !

I was only hoping that readers of the aforesaid would get a kick out of it and that they would have a good laugh of it.

Have nice holidays !

Hi, Bogey, thank you for letting know me about your HN spelling. As I wrote about my golf history, I am very bad at golfing. I am sorry I do not understand golf well.

I hope you can have nice 7 years related about golfing. What is most attractive point of golfing?

Nicolas, thank you for your comment.

Are you good at swimming? I am very sorry I cannot swim and do not have any knowledge about swimming. Whenever I see olympic game's swimming competitions, that is very exciting and I can guess how wonderful swimming is. 7 years will feel sometimes long, sometimes not.

Olympics in Tokyo being 7 years away, it may be a good idea to start doing something new and accomplish it by that time.

I was just thinking of receiving a full-fledged all-out training on swimming at my sports club for possible (?) participation in swimming competition in Olympics for a Gold medal (?). Well, that will be the day, and I hear you folks thinking.... Yeah, it's much too late for me now - let alone, 7 years hence ! Have to think of something else, which shoud be more like picnic - something easy for a retired carefree businessman.
